Providing suitable accommodation options (for stays of less than 6 months) via our trusted serviced apartment database. We provide a list of accommodation options that are available for your travel dates and budget.

Unaccompanied Homesearch

Property viewings scheduled that suite your requirements and budget. schedule supplied with property addresses and contact details for each agent you will be meeting.

Accompanied Homesearch

Property viewings booked in to fit your requirements. Attendance on the day with one of our property experts who will collect you from an agreed pick up point and accompany you to each viewing with the agent.


Pre-Tenancy Lease Negotiation

After the Homesearch, we will put forward an offer on your preferred property in writing to the agent and deal with the negotiation of any special clauses.


Check In/ Settling In

On your move in day one of our Property Experts will attend the property with the Inventory clerk to ensure all defects/damages are listed accurately to minimise issues at the end of the tenancy. Part of the service can also include a post-move area orientation, meet and greet service, utility set-up, setting up of bank accounts, arranging for insurance (home / health), an introduction to the local community through clubs, gyms, network groups, etc. We will be on hand to answer any queries you may have and provide a welcome pack.



Tenancy Management

First-point of contact for employees in the event of any maintenance and / or administrative issues that may be faced by the employee throughout their tenancy, with us acting as their representative. The employee liaises with us and we manage everything thereafter, contacting the agent or contractor on their behalf whilst leaving the employee to focus on work.


Departure Services

We will help you get the property ready for the end of your tenancy by organising a Removals company and end of tenancy clean. We will meet the Check Out Clerk at the property on the last day of the tenancy to inspect the property. Once the report is produced we will negotiate the return of the deposit on your behalf.
